Day One Hundred And Twenty Nine

Evening reader

After taking the children back to Wales I got myself to bed, so today's photo's are courtesy of my lovely Wife.

Deb and Luke went to Costco with Kath and Natalie to see if there was anything that they needed for Phil's party at the weekend.  But then Luke fell asleep...

Day One Hundred And Twenty Eight

ain't it, though?

Had an ace day today.  Every single one of Luke's people have been here to celebrate his birthday.  ALL his family and cousins, and his close friends, too!

My lovely Abbey took millions of photo's - far too many to publish, but her are a select few... I won't comment on them individually.  Enjoy...

Day One Hundred And Twenty Seven

Morning reader

(I'm about 20 mins late. Soz).

Had another busy day, getting rid of crap out the garden, paying a fleeting visit to Sophia's first birthday party and then a quick trip to Rhyl and back before spending the evening with my beautiful family and excellent friends!  A grand time was had by all (well, Jo, anyway!!).

The first of today's photo's is of Luke at The Range, in Wigan.  He clocked this Peppa Pig patio set and made a bee-line to it.

And photo two is of Luke on his new swing, being pushed by his eldest sister, Abbey.

Happy Birthday, Charlotte....

Day One Hundred And Twenty Six

Ka-boooom reader

I've been a busy mo'fo' today.  Me Deb and me Luke and me... me, went interwiggin to book a holiday.  We didn't book a holiday cos... it was about £300 more than we'd anticipated. So we left, brochure in hand, to have a think.  After that, Luke decided to become the devil himself and screamed round Wigan. He continued to scream all round ASDA.  Ace.

We then went to the Costco minimart for a few bits for the double party that we have coming up this weekend.  Friday is, of course, the anniversary of the birth of my beautiful daughter, Charlotte, and Saturday is a celebration that we have been able to keep Luke alive for three whole years.

After all that shenanigans, we got home and I continued to work at the garden.  Here are some photo's showing the way it looks as of this evening....

Luke wrote this on his magnetic writer thing that he's got.  He's started txt spk early!

Day One Hundred And Twenty Five

Ay up kidder !

Today, I've been a turfing Adam.  Turf turf turf.  I really enjoy laying turf.  It's like a massive well easy adult size jigsaw.

See, if it all goes tits and turns to crap in a few weeks, I will eat these virtual words, won't I ?

Aaaannyway - One photo for you and it's of my turfy garden.  Ignore the clovery grass higher up - I've got a plan for that....

"Gr-arse"

I know I said one photo, but I just found this on the camera and I don't think I've blogged it.  If I have, soz.  No idea when it's from other than it's in the last few days.

Day One Hundred And Twenty Four

Af'noon reader

Today saw myself, my Deb and that Luke visit Thomas Land at Drayton Manor Theme Park in Staffordshire.

It was well nice. That Luke had a properly beltin time of it.  He wasn't really that keen on the themed rides, though. I took him on Bertie Bus which spins round in the air and he didn't like it because it made his belly feel funny.  So we had a great many rides on Thomas, sitting in Annie and Clarabel and that made him very happy indeed.  He played on the magnificent park that they have, he played in Emily's Adventure World, and we visited the Zoo, too!

Here are a selection of photo's (and an amusing video featuring Luke's best dancing) for you.

Luke started doing his usual "dancing like he's odd" dance in the Thomas gift shop (which is superb, by the way), when another child saw his moves and obviously thought to himself "Sweet baby Jesus - Michael Jackson is back - as a small blonde boy".  Shamone.

Day One Hundred And Twenty Three

Hello petal

Got just a couple for you this evening.

We visited Mothercare at Warrington where my lovely wife saved loads by spending some.  It's a backward kind of logic that we like.

So, Luke enjoyed the things that they had to offer.
