Just one for today, and it depicts a real live emergency in full swing.
I looked out just after lunch, and saw a field on fire on the other side of our flash. GMFS showed up in no time to sort it. I felt like some sort of Sky News on the spot reporter (except I was approximately 1Km away from it). Also, please note that I did not call the Fire Service of Greater Manchester. Normally, I leap at the opportunity to ring 999, but not today. When I do have the opportunity, I like to dial 112, just to keep BT on their feet.
